About this list
When a brand uses Margifi, the brand is the Data Fiduciary for its customers' data and Margifi is the Data Processor. The providers below help us run the service and may process that data on our behalf. Each is bound by a written agreement and processes data only to provide its service to us. This page is part of our Data Processing Agreement.

WhatsApp data passes through Meta's servers, which may be outside India, under Meta's terms. Meta acts as the provider of the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Courier integrations
When you connect a courier account, we read shipment, delivery and RTO status for your orders from that courier. These are data sources you choose to connect: Delhivery, Shiprocket, iThink Logistics, Bluedart, Shipmozo, Xpress Ship, ExpressFly, Shadowfax. Location: as per provider.
How we tell you about changes
- We give at least 14 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor, by updating this page and emailing the account owner.
- You may object within 10 days of the notice by emailing admin@margifi.com with your reasons.
- If we cannot reasonably accommodate your objection, you may end the affected product and get a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the unused period.
