About Margifi
The profit truth Indian D2C was missing.
Margifi is built and run by people who sell on COD for a living — not a VC-funded team guessing at the problem from the outside.
Dwarkesh Savaliya runs Scalento, a holding company of D2C ethnic-wear brands, and Bizgrowth Ninja, a performance-marketing agency. Both spend serious money on Meta. Both live and die on COD.
The pattern was always the same. Meta would report a healthy ROAS. The team would scale the campaign. Then a third of the COD orders would come back as RTO — and not a single dashboard subtracted the returns. The “winning” campaign was quietly losing money, and by the time the bank balance said so, the spend was already gone.
No tool in the market did the one thing that mattered: reconcile ad spend and orders against what the courier actually delivered. So we built it — for our own brands first, then for every Indian D2C founder fighting the same invisible leak.
I couldn't find a tool that told me the truth about my own brands. So I built the one that does — and I run my own money on it.
Dwarkesh Savaliya — Founder, Margifi
What we stand for
Three things we won't compromise on.
Profit truth over vanity ROAS
The only number worth optimising is the one that survives the warehouse. We build for delivered profit, not for screenshots that look good in a Slack channel.
Honest about the data
If a number isn't confirmed, we show a dash — not an estimate dressed up as profit. Where something is early or directional, we say so.
Founder pricing, in rupees
One plan, ₹2,999, billed in rupees via Razorpay. No tiers, no per-seat games, no “contact sales” wall, no forex surprises.
Built by operators. Run on real money.
See your own delivered ROAS and net margin after every RTO — the same numbers we run our brands on.
