Grievance Officer

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we appoint a Grievance Officer for any concern about how we collect, use or store your personal data.

  • Email grievance@margifi.com with your name, contact details, your relationship with Margifi, and a description of the concern.
  • We acknowledge within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 30 days, per DPDP 2023 §13.
  • For matters under a Data Processing Agreement, write to legal@margifi.com.
