Refund Policy

Margifi is currently in private beta and is provided free of charge. No payments are collected at this stage — this refund policy applies to future paid plans.

1. Beta Period

Margifi is currently available as a free private beta product. Access is by invitation only and no subscription fees or setup charges are levied. This policy will be updated before paid plans are introduced.

When Margifi transitions to paid plans, the following refund terms will apply:

3. Service Failures

If Margifi fails to deliver reports for more than 3 consecutive days due to a fault on our end (not third-party API issues from Meta or Shopify), affected users will receive a prorated credit for the downtime period.

Third-party outages (Meta API downtime, Shopify webhook failures, WhatsApp Business API disruptions) are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds or credits.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us with your registered brand name and reason for the request:

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and resolve it within 7 business days.
