Margifi ("we", "us", or "our") is a D2C analytics platform built for COD-heavy brands in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.

When you request access to Margifi, we collect:

Your name, brand name, and WhatsApp number
Business email address
Daily order volume (for onboarding purposes)
Usage data from connected accounts (Shopify, Meta Ads) after onboarding
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Process your access application and onboard your brand
Deliver daily analytics reports to your WhatsApp number
Send triggered alerts (ROAS alerts, low balance alerts) when thresholds are crossed
Improve the Margifi platform and its features
Communicate product updates and relevant information
Comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with:

Service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, workflow automation)
Meta Platforms Inc. and Shopify Inc. as required for API integrations
WhatsApp Business API (Meta) for report delivery
Legal authorities if required by applicable Indian law

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Business data from connected accounts is processed and retained for reporting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. WhatsApp Data

Margifi uses the WhatsApp Business API to deliver daily reports and triggered alerts to your registered WhatsApp number. Your WhatsApp number is used exclusively for report delivery and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Message delivery is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at admin@thedwarkesh.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Margifi's website uses minimal cookies for functional purposes only. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via WhatsApp or email.
